Eductional activity
· Since 1983 I mady my doctoral studies, which I succesfully completed (Ph.D.) 1990, at the department of Pharmacology of the Medical University of Lübeck (Prof. Dr. med. Gerhard Zetler, Prof. Dr. med. Claus Peter Siegers). The dissertation was about experimental induced streptozotocin diabetes in mice and the influence of diabetic neuropathy on purinergic and noradrenergic transmitters. So it included themes about pharmacology und internal medicine. From that time until 2003 (20 years) I gave seminars and lectures in pharmacology, bedside teaching, ultrasound teaching (abdomen, echocardiography) and psychosomatic medicine for students and physicians at the medical University of Lübeck.
